Street driving conditions can vary widely due to the season, road conditions, dirt and debris, etc. A street pad may need to operate at a variety of temperatures and speeds, Thus, variable braking force is needed. Our SS-Y compound has always focused on improved initial bite and swift fade recovery on the street. The ever-growing popularity of the SS-Y compound is due to its constant development. Endless continually strives to improve the balance and performance of the SS-Y compound. As you bed the SS-Y compound pads, you will feel the difference in initial bite and improved response.
The NS97 compound was created after years of developing compounds that target the characteristics necessary for an optimal brake pad in street conditions. Thus, development time for the NS97 compound has been extensive, but of utmost necessity. The NS97 is an incredible all around street pad, exhibiting very low wear and extending rotor life, with superb initial response and exceptionally low brake dust. It is one of the highest performing street compounds within our lineup.
The Endless CC-A compound is a ceramic carbon brake pad that provides superb pedal feel. Designed to exhibit none of the negative characteristics that ceramic carbon compounds are known to have, such as low friction at lower temperatures, the CC-A compound has excellent cold bite while producing minimal amounts of dust and noise. The Endless CC-A pads do all this while still being friendly to rotors, perfect for a high performance street pad.
Ceramics are known to be one of the most vital and essential compounds that influence braking capacity. Every material has been carefully chosen for the MX72 in order to produce minimal noise and dust while producing high friction at lower temperatures. The MX72 improves upon the ever-popular CC-X compound in that braking stability is improved at higher temperatures. And yet, the MX72 actually decreases rotor wear. Even pedal feel, which is already typically great with semi-metallic material pads, was further improved upon. The MX72 is the ultimate, dual-purpose, street / light track compound
High performance brake pads generally have the tendency to generate a lot of unwanted dust. The SS-M is produced specifically for the every day street driver with balanced performance, increased life, low noise level and high levels of brake feel without the typcail high levels of dust. From sports cars to high class sedans, the SS-M fulfills the needs of a wide range of users. Need a high performance street compound with low dust as the priority? Then SS-M is for you.
Created specifically for those with OE Brembo calipers. Due to design characteristics of the OE Brembo calipers, many end users tend to experience some noise when braking. Drawing from the expertise in extreme race conditions but taking noise into consideration, Endless has produced the SS-H compound. First made popular amongst Ferrari owners, the application to OE Brembo calipers for Japanese vehicles has been made. The SS-H offers race-like performance without race-like noise and is the highest performing street compound within our lineup.
OEM brake pads for European vehicles generally tend to emit substantial amounts of brake dust. With this in mind, the EWIG [German for Endless] Premium Compound was developed as a low dust alternative while also increasing the braking force, ultimately resulting in a high-bite, low-dust, high-performance street compound.
In addition to dominating the Japanese domestic racing scene, Endless is also fiercely competitive within many worldwide motorsports categories. Developmental feedback and ultimately high praise from various motorsport categories has enabled the release of a highly-regarded selection of race compounds to the public domain of race-oriented end-users. When compared to professional race machines in terms of weight and brake cooling capabilities, braking for tuned cars within the amateur race realm can potentially be more strenuous and demanding. Due to these conditions, we’ve released our professional racing compounds to the public in order to facilitate performance needs on the track. Brief descriptions of popular race compounds available to the public are listed below.

In rally, gymkhana and dirt trials, you can control your side braking with the Endless inner brake shoe compound. The Endless lineup includes brake shoes for the Lancer Evolution and the Impreza. The increased control and predictability can help decrease your lap times in these types of events.

5. Shotpeening the backing plates for additional strength.
4. Vacuum sealed machine to finish cleaning and preparing the backing plates free of contaminants.
3. Stamping of each part number on the back plate
8. Stock of various backing prepared plates is created. Focus is placed on European cars which use many various shapes.
7. Compound lamination material sprayed on the backing plates.
6. Shotpeened backing plates ready.
10. Weights of each material is checked for utmost accuracy. If the weights of materials are incorrect, the friction material's characteristic changes.
9. Various materials are chosen to start blending together brake pad compounds.
11. Mixed compound mixture is applied to the brake pad mold. Care is taken to make sure the mixture and application is as even as possible.
12. Press machine to compress compound blend. This is a small scale version for special blends and small quantities.
13. Automatic press machine for large quantities.
14. Heat shield anti de-lamination surface for street brake compounds.
17. The press can manufacture up to 8 brake pads at one time. A 20 minute wait time is needed for resin to dry.
16. Stencil used in the press machine to press out the exact compound shape on the pad.
15. Press machine to attach finished compound molds to the backing plates.
19. A separate factory does final quality control on pads, heat processing, and clearance check. Heat resistant blue paint is applied to pads.
20. Brake pads are finished, packaged, and ready to be delivered.
