The proper function of the brake rotor is essential to maximizing brake pad performance. The Endless BASIC rotor utilizes proprietary heat processing technology and heat resistant paint to create a high quality rotor that performs as good as it looks. Starting at $120 per rotor, the Endless BASIC rotor can be used on the street and track by all types of drivers.
Material: FC Steel (Flake Graphite aka Gray Cast Iron).
Heat Processing: Continuous hard driving generates high temperatures, causing the rotor surface to expand and contract, potentially creating cracks. Should cracks form, friction against the brake pad is reduced. Heat processing the rotor prevents this from occurring by stabilizing the material. This process also increases rotor life and gives it a characteristic gold color/hue.
The E-Slit rotor is comprised of the narrow curved slit incorporated with 4 smaller E-Slits. The smoother shaving of the pad by the long curved slit and the increased friction provided by the E-Slits maintain optimal brake pad condition at all times. When the longer curve slit fades and only the e-slits are visible, it is indicative of maximum wear and is time to replace the rotor. Endless test data shows that the Endless ceramic carbon brake pads (CC-A / MX72) work well in conjunction with this particular slit design and even decreases brake judder.
Endless continues to improve upon its development process in the areas of rotor material composition and production methods aided by the data gathered from the experience within the street, rally and circuit conditions. Input from racing drivers has led to the design of the curving slit to maximize brake pad performance. A special heat processing maintains rotor material stability at high temperatures enabling the surface to withstand heat cracks during hard driving. The surface of the disc rotor includes strategically placed slits to maintain optimal condition of the brake pad surface, facilitating stable braking force. The curved slits are designed with width, curvature, placement, depth and angle in mind and have been thoroughly tested prior to production. Optimal braking performance has been attained under a vast majority of conditions.
GT is a highly competitive and immensely popular race series within the motor sports world. The Endless racing brake rotor is produced with data provided from the top category of Super GT and is also competitively used within the series.
The rotor material is comprised of a special carbon blend, an Endless original technology, facilitating stable mu-levels, decreasing heat cracks and extracting 100% of the brake pads performance. Slits are designed for optimal shaving.
The bell housing material is a rigid, lightweight, high-strength aluminum alloy metal capable of withstanding high temperatures. It also decreases unsprung weight, which contributes to stable braking.

Endless Racing rotors were developed to withstand the harshest, and most competitive GT Racing environments all over the world.
The Endless "E-Slit" racing disk is comprised of a narrow curved vane design incorporated with 4 smaller "E-Slits". The Endless curved vane design ensures optimal and even pad wear. More so, the E-Slit design provides increased, and stable friction levels throughout the entire duration of the race.
The rotors are made from Endless's own proprietary carbon blended steel, which is then heat treated for strength. This ensures less heat cracks, and the best rotor life, all while maximizing the brake pad's performance. Endless racing rotors all use either a 84 or 72 vane design which ensures the best rotor temperatures through optimal cooling while keeping the overall weight of the disk as low as possible.
Endless Racing replacement racing disks are available for AP Racing, Brembo, Alcon, Stoptech, and Wilwood brake systems.

Factory CCM disks have limitations when used in motorsports, or even circuit race events. Steel disks are more cost effective, and offer a wider range of performance options compared to CCM disks. Many drivers and racing teams prefer the feel and characteristics of steel disks compared to OEM CCM disk counterparts.
