Function-Xs The entry-level coilover perfect for street and light track

ZEAL coilover suspension systems use the originally developed X-Coil spring. This height adjustable coilover kit has been designed to capitalize on the very linear characteristics of the X-Coil spring. As such, internal valving has been set to new levels of precision. The Function-Xs has 6 levels of damping adjustment and features independant lower brackets for height adjustment. Due to its architecture, changing the damping setting is simple. The specially plated shock body prevents rust. Aluminum versions keep the units lightweight. All Strut type suspension types use a reverse-monotube design coilover.

ZEAL Coilover suspension systems use the originally developed X-Coil spring. The height adjustable coilover kit has been designed to capitalize on the linear characteristics of the X-Coil spring and has been developed to meet the needs of a variety of different driving conditions. The Function-X features 30 levels of adjustment and is designed for both aggressive street and track use. Due to its architecture, changing the damping setting is simple. The plated damper body prevents rust and the aluminum version keeps the unit lightweight.All strut type suspensions use a reverse-monotube design coilover.

Function-T The highly customizable, nickel boron plated, steel coilover

Flash Simple No Frame

The Function-T completely eliminates the usage of hexavalent chrome with the shell casing now being produced with a nickel boron plating. Different from existing chrome plating products, it is much more anti-corrosive and practically eliminates the spring seat seizing to the adjustable brackets. Optional X-Coils-R springs utilize the new found performance of the Function-T. Both 6 and 30 levels of adjustment are available. Custom spring rates are available for your own custom Function coilovers. All strut type suspensions use a reverse-monotube design coilover.

Function-A

Function-A The highly customizable, all-aluminum, nickel boron plated coilover

The typically delicate aluminum body has instead achieved high rigidity due to the Function-A’s nickel boron plating, increasing resistance to abrasion and high temperatures. The low frictional properties of boron also allow a more direct damping action. Optional X-Coil-R springs utilize the newfound performance of the super light weight Function-A. Both 6 and 30 levels of damping adjustment are available. Custom spring rates are available for your own custom Function coilovers. All strut type suspensions use a reverse-monotube design coilover.

Super Function

Super Function Series Track only coilover series with optional remote reservoirs for independant compression and rebound settings

Application Guide

The Super Function series is a popular track-spec coilover kit designed for use with S-Tire compounds. The series consists of five types: A, B, C

Depending on the vehicle and type of driving, a user can choose from five different types of Super Function coilovers to best suit their needs. The upper mount is a pillow-ball type and the damper case is made of lightweight heat-resistant aluminum. Experience direct suspension feel and less unsprung weight. All suspension types feature a regular monotube coilover design.

Recommended for track only applications.

Type-A: 30 levels of damping adjustment

Type-B: 30 levels of compression, 6 levels of rebound adjustment

Type-C: 30 levels of compression, 30 levels of rebound adjustment

ZEAL SUSPENSION KIT

OVERHAULS / SETTING CHANGE

Zeal Coilover systems need to be inspected or overhauled after roughly 2 years or 20,000 miles. After using coilovers over harsh roads, hard weather conditions or circuit use for an extended period of time, damper oil can get dirty. The gas pressure can also go down, as well as the seals potentially needing replacement as well. If any oil is seen leaking, or poor performance from the dampers is seen, an overhaul might be due. Continued driving on poor condition dampers could lead to a part failure or accident. If purchasing preowned ZEAL coilover systems, please overhaul them before use. Endless USA is able to perform overhauls and custom attenuation on ZEAL coil over systems in-house in the U.S. for the North American market.

Basic Information for Overhauling ZEAL Coil Overs

Overhaul: Standard Damping Force

• $100 Per Corner Regular Mono Tube

Overhaul + Custom Valving: Custom Damping Force to User Spec

Overhaul + Upgrades: Fixed Damper to Adjustable (6 or 30 way) Damper (EX: Function-BASIC to Function-Xs)

• $120 Per Corner + Parts (differs depending on application and/or suspension type)

Basic Service Includes: Inspecting the system making sure all internal and external parts (IE: shell casings, upper mounts, piston shaft, piston rod, shims, etc.) are intact. We also check for possible gas and oil leakage. After assessing the situation, we will routinely refill gas and oil to the appropriate levels, replace o-rings, dust boots, and clean/assemble the system.

Turnaround Time: Normal turnaround time is 1 week (not including shipping to and from), but may take longer. If a replacement part is needed but not in stock, turn around time may take up to 2 or 3 weeks. User will be notified of special case situations that may take longer than expected.

Replacement Parts: Replacement parts, if needed, cost extra but are relatively inexpensive.
