Application Guide
The Super Function series is a popular track-spec coilover kit designed for use with S-Tire compounds. The series consists of five types: A, B, C
Depending on the vehicle and type of driving, a user can choose from five different types of Super Function coilovers to best suit their needs. The upper mount is a pillow-ball type and the damper case is made of lightweight heat-resistant aluminum. Experience direct suspension feel and less unsprung weight. All suspension types feature a regular monotube coilover design.
Recommended for track only applications.
Type-A: 30 levels of damping adjustment
Type-B: 30 levels of compression, 6 levels of rebound adjustment
Type-C: 30 levels of compression, 30 levels of rebound adjustment

Overhauls
ZEAL SUSPENSION KIT
OVERHAULS / SETTING CHANGE
Zeal Coilover systems need to be inspected or overhauled after roughly 2 years or 20,000 miles. After using coilovers over harsh roads, hard weather conditions or circuit use for an extended period of time, damper oil can get dirty. The gas pressure can also go down, as well as the seals potentially needing replacement as well. If any oil is seen leaking, or poor performance from the dampers is seen, an overhaul might be due. Continued driving on poor condition dampers could lead to a part failure or accident. If purchasing preowned ZEAL coilover systems, please overhaul them before use. ZEAL OVERHAUL GENERAL INFORMATION
Endless USA is able to perform overhauls and custom attenuation on ZEAL coil over systems in-house in the U.S. for the North American market.
Basic Information for Overhauling ZEAL Coil Overs
Overhaul: Standard Damping Force
• $100 Per Corner Regular Mono Tube
• $150 Per Corner Inverted Mono Tube
• $170 Per Corner Regular Mono Tube with Reservoir Tank
Overhaul + Custom Valving: Custom Damping Force to User Spec
• $130 Per Corner Regular Mono Tube

Overhaul + Upgrades: Fixed Damper to Adjustable (6 or 30 way) Damper (EX: Function-BASIC to Function-Xs)

Basic Service Includes: Inspecting the system making sure all internal and external parts (IE: shell casings, upper mounts, piston shaft, piston rod, shims, etc.) are intact. We also check for possible gas and oil leakage. After assessing the situation, we will routinely refill gas and oil to the appropriate levels, replace o-rings, dust boots, and clean/assemble the system.
Turnaround Time: Normal turnaround time is 1 week (not including shipping to and from), but may take longer. If a replacement part is needed but not in stock, turn around time may take up to 2 or 3 weeks. User will be notified of special case situations that may take longer than expected.
Replacement Parts: Replacement parts, if needed, cost extra but are relatively inexpensive.
